Hey these are some customized Star Munchkin cards that I have come up with.
Hope you like them, don't really care if you don't.
Lets start with the Door Cards.
These first two are the biggest baddest monsters. On the left we have the infamous Dalek from Doctor Who. He immediately kills a Sidekick. On the right we have a Borg Cube from Star Trek Next Generation. He cuts laser bonuses in half, and causes very painful Bad Stuff. Good Times.
The next two highest are also from Doctor Who. Both with terrible Bad Stuff. Also Good Times. In case your now wondering what the 'Blue Box' is, its obviously a Space Ship that I've created. It will be previewed below.
Next we have the Big Daddy. Although not truly created by me, or technically a sci-fi reference, I wanted it in this game anyways. (Its from Bioshock in case you were wondering - Google it.) The Silence is yet again from Doctor Who, and makes your poor Sidekick's worthless for this combat.
Lastly for Door cards we have a lesser version of the Borg Cube: The Lone Drone. He basically does the same thing but has a lesser level & bad stuff. The Blue Box is the only Ship I've made. The artwork comes generously from the internet. And it lets you carry an extra Sidekick. Woot.
Now to Treasure Cards...
We'll start with the one-shot Items. Obviously the on the left we have a Star Trek reference. which basically nullifies an entire combat. On the right we have a grenade involved card. It was created because a friend suggested it, and for some reason I listened.
Next we simply have two Go Up A Levels. One for destroying a Ship, the other for exploding a Sidekick. Pretty self-explanatory.
Next we have Data's Emotion chip. The effects of which are mostly negative as it is meant to play on someone else's Sidekick. The Sensor Jam is actually a reference to Spaceballs. Classic. Anyway it nullifies a Ship's bonuses during combat.
Next we'll dive into some sidekick enhancers. First we have the Blast Expert. Gives an extra +2 bonus for all grenade cards used. And then we have the laser implant. Basically a Sidekick Enhancer copy of the Quad-Mounted Laser. But with slightly more humorous artwork.
Next we have Nuclear Rage. Bit of a gamble honestly. I'd only play it on a Sidekick with no bonuses. The Dumpster Diver is just good times. If people lose stuff, you get stuff. How's that a bad plan.
For the last Sidekick Enhancer, we have another Star Trek reference. Q in disguise is by far one of the better cards. Often times a Trap is opened but has no affect. Well not anymore. For our first Ship Enhancer, we have a hail merry card. Its pretty much all or nothing after that.
The next Ship Enhancer is nice. It will be even better when the new expansion comes out this summer that supposedly adds a class that lets people steal Ships.
The next two are obviously Star Wars based. Both help you get through the Door deck quicker. While Dark Side is combat related, Light Side gets you new stuff. I like Dark Side better.
